Kent Youth
Soccer Association is proud to bring you the 13th annual Kent Cornucopia
Cup soccer tournament hosted in Kent, Washington for the U-11 to U-16 age groups. This tournament continues to
bring in some of the top boys and girls teams from throughout the area
to the soccer fields in Kent. Our tournament committee is very excited
to bring you one of the highest quality tournaments in the area again
this year.

| Tournament Dates: |
July 12 - July 15, 2012 (Thursday - Sunday)
Be prepared to play your first game on Thursday.
The determination of what days you play is by the number of teams in
your bracket. This cannot be determined until the final stage, so
please assume that you may have a Thursday afternoon/evening game. |

Fields and schools in the area of Kent, WA:
Petrovitsky Park (Headquarters for 2012), Pea
Patch fields, Wilson Fields, Kent Meridian High School, Meridian Middle
School, and others TBA. Field locations...
Note: Due to field construction activities at the Pea Patch
Fields, limited games will be played there this year and the tournament
headquarters will be at Petrovitsky Park (16400 SE Petrovitsky Rd,
Renton, WA 98058) |

| Team Selection: |
The Kent Cornucopia Cup registrar will accept
properly completed tournament application forms at any time, up to the
application deadline date. Please be advised that certain divisions may
fill up prior to the deadline date, so get your applications in early. |
| Age Groups: |
U10 to U16 (Boys and Girls) |
| Format: |
Teams will play in a 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 team
matrix whenever possible. Each team will be scheduled for four games
minimum (a game will not be made up in the case of a team forfeit). We
reserve the right to combine or modify age divisions should the need
arise to balance competition and/or brackets.
U10: 6 v 6 (Center Ref only; Jamboree format) U11: 9 v 9 (Center Ref only for Preliminary & Consolation games)
U12-U16: 11 v 11 (The three ref system will be used whenever possible in
these age groups)

| Awards: |
1st and 2nd place winners in each division will
receive awards. All roster players and coaches will receive a tournament
memento. |
| Entry Fee: |
Please complete the online registration form and
return to the Tournament Registrar with entry fee (U10 = $425 (US),
U11 = $450 (US),
U12-U16 = $500 (US)), a check or money order made payable
to Kent Cornucopia Cup prior to the application deadline. Please note:
Registrations will not be processed until the registration fee has been paid.

for information regarding the cancellation and refund policy. Please be
advised that many age group brackets may fill up prior to the published
deadline, so get your applications in early. Once an age group
bracket fills, registration will be closed for that bracket. |
| Schedules: |
We anticipate schedules to be made available to
you no later than July 2, 2012 |
| Check-In: |
Teams must check in with the tournament registrar at least one hour prior to their first game. Failure to check in will result in disqualification and forfeit of registration fee, any exceptions must be arranged with the Registrar or Tournament Director in advance. The registrar is located at
Petrovitsky Park, at the east end of the south parking area. Registration packets including instructions and participation pins will be available at the registration check in.
Tournament staff will be on site at all game locations and will wear tournament staff identification. Please ask any staff member questions you may have. |
